Space Constraints

India’s population is growing, this is no new message I try to give, I suppose every one knows that. Not only India, even in our office, space becomes the major problem. Just an fun imagination, how to get rid of this space constraints. following rule , if implemented may give some good results or may be even bad results, I am not suggesting any rule, just some points to ponder ;)

Rule 1: people who willing to work alone should come to office.
The problem with this rule is, If this is implemented you can see our office deserted. Who on the earth like to do work, No one willing to do work, may be slightly we can modify this by, Person who forced to work come to office, but then, again it leads to same problem of space constraints. So we try with next rule

Rule 2: First come will be served seats
This seems to be best available option and no wonder if this will actually be implemented in future, still one little problem here is, Many of people directly come to cafeteria at 1.00PM and have lunch, after that they come and found all seats are fully occupied. so they will leave the office as their work is already over in cafeteria. One lunch cooking is saved.

Rule 3: Provide Wi-Fi access to whole campus.
This really could solve the problem of availibility of switch, network cord, seat etc, But we need a bigger pantry to have tea, as wi-fi is accessed all over campus, No one be ready to work in seats, whole population will be flooded to pantry and cafeteria, where most of us do the dedicated work whole day.

Rule 4:No snacks/coffee/food will be served at office
As the matter of fact, Only thing makes us to come to office regularly is availibility of coffee, tea, snacks , lunch at free of cost on presense of office, if that is removed, sure most of them will resign and go out to find another office where they get these things free.

Rule 5: Surprise shocking mail
Another easy way, is as the custom, they can send out another shocking mail, about Travel policy or re-organization,etc, which would reduce the head count in same or more speed then hiring speed. In that way, Population would reduce in company
